Introduction

This was my attempt at making nutella -- it came out delicious! The main thing is that you need a really good food processor to do this; mine's a mini and it came out grainy. Ingredients

    4 oz. hazelnuts
    3 oz. almonds
    4-6 tbsp. hazelnut or peanut oil
    2/3 cup chocolate chips
    1 tbsp. splenda
    1 tbsp. cocoa powder
    1 oz. sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Toast the nuts in a 300* oven for 10 minutes

Grind the nuts in a food processor. Add the chocolate chips, cocoa, splenda, and grind until crumbly. Run the processor while you drizzle in the oil and milk. Blend until smooth.

Store in an airtight container, either in the fridge or in a cool cupboard.

Serving Size: Makes 32 servings, 2 tbsp. each
