    Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Coconut Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    vanilla creme stevia drops, to taste
    Protein Pea Olympian Labs, 2 serving (remove)
    Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, Organic Large, 3 serving (remove)
    100% Liquid Egg Whites, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Blueberries -Wild-Wyman's-Frozen- 60Cal/1-Cup, 1 serving (remove)
    Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder, 2 serving (remove)
    Musselman’s Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet. Combine. Mix in blender if you can to smooth out batter. Add blueberries and spoon into each muffin tin. Makes 12 muffins.

Cook 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
