Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, 90% lean
    1 c dry rice (makes 2 c. cooked)
    1 pkt. Taco Seasoning
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c onion diced


Directions

Start rice to cooking (20 min)
brown burger, add taco seasoning.
dice onion and shred cheese
serve, make a bed of 1/2 c. cooked rice, ladle about 1/4 of the taco meat top with cheese and onions.
It's sure good but not for you if you choose regular ground beef and white rice and not reduced fat cheese.

    Probably not the healthiest meal in all the world but it's a staple at my house, in fact we just finished TR&C.
