Introduction
On a hot summer day there is nothing worse than a heavy meal. That's why i love this salad so much. It's full of fresh, healthy and low calorie ingredients :) it's not just delicious and fresh, it also looks great ;) On a hot summer day there is nothing worse than a heavy meal. Ingredients

1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
4 tbs choppen onions
1/4 cup green beans ( canned)
4 thin slices of turkey breast
1 hardboiled egg
1 tomato
1/2 cup cucumber sliced
2 tbs italian salad dressing
1 small can of mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Directions
Cook the egg
Wash all fresh vegetables and cut them.
If you like to have more flavor, marinate the tomato, cucumber, green beans and mushrooms in italian dressing. ( remember to alter the calories then)
Put the chopped lettuce in the middle of a dinna plate. Put all the other vegetables in little piles around it.
Use the italian dressing on the lettuce in the middle. (put it on right before eating to keep the lettuce fresh)
Put salt and pepper on tomatoes, cucumber and the egg.
Now put the turkey breast on the lettuce.
Enjoy your rainbow salad :)
