Ingredients

    10-ounce package Mahatma Saffron Yellow Rice mix
    2 garlic cloves, finely minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    15-ounce can Bush's black beans, drained and rinsed
    4 Mission Wraps - Garden Spinach Herb flavor

Directions

Prepare rice according to package directions. Place about 3 1/2 cups cooked rice in a mixing bowl, reserving remainder for another meal. Saute garlic in oil until tender (about two minutes). Drain and lightly rinse beans and add to garlic; stir until blended and beans are warmed. Fluff rice and combine with bean/garlic mixture. Divide among four wraps, wrap and cut in half. Can be served warm or cold.
