Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 c. canola oil (or vegetable oil, or olive oil)
    1 tbsp. white vinegar (red wine vinegar also works)
    salt, pepper, and herbs to taste

Directions

Crack whole egg into the blender. Add 1 tsp. dry white mustard (or seasonings of choice) and 1 tbsp. vinegar. Blend until smooth. Slowly pour in oil, while continuing to blend.

Serving Size: Makes one 8oz jar
