I am making this potato recipe today to serve with my prime rib for Christmas dinner. I do notice that the posted recipe is the newer version of Ree's---if you Google her old website , it has different calculations and she does not pour the cream over the potatoes. Either way , it's decadent. - 12/25/14

Oh relax, the recipe is not that off. Certianly not worth rating it as a 1. The only diecrepancies are the addiiton of the Heavy Cream, Ree's only calls for a cup of Half and Half and the minced chives. She doens't include those either. This is for her newest recipe, from her Christmas show. :) - 12/29/14
