Ingredients

    3 egg whites
    1/4 of a bell pepper
    1/4 of an onion
    1/2 of a plum tomato
    1/2 of a small stalk of broccoli
    A few shreds of cheese to top.

Directions

Chop the veggies, saute until softened. Add the egg whites. Cook on med high until set. Plate, add a few sprinkles of cheese (1/2 oz max).
