I found this recipe on allrecipes.com. You can use any seasoning that you like/have on hand. I sometimes use italian herbs and red pepper instead. Ingredients

    2 baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp chili powder

Directions

Cut baking potatoes into wedges. In a ziploc bag add oil and seasoning. Add potatoes and coat with oil mixture. Place on a cookie sheet, making sure not to crowd the wedges. Cook for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping once.
