    1/4 c chopped cashews
    1/4 c unsweetened shredded coconut
    1/4 c freshly ground flaxseed
    2 T sesame seeds
    1 T cinnamon
    1/4 c sunflower seeds
    .25 c chopped peanuts

Directions

Mix all; can freeze. Serve with yogurt, sprinkled over fruit, ice cream or frozen yogurt..
