Ingredients

    1 3/4 pounds fish
    1/3 c. fresh lime juice
    1 oz tequila
    6 corn tortillas (can double up if you want, add about 185 cal each)

    3 c. shredded green cabbage
    3 c. shredded red cabbage
    1 c. fresh cilantro
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    1 tsp Splenda
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)

    1 c. salsa
    non-fat sour cream (calculated with 1 tbsp per taco)

Directions

Makes 6 tacos.

Combine 1/3 c. lime juice and tequila. Pour tequila lime marinade over fish in glass dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Grill fish (spray lightly with cooking spray if necessary) over medium heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes on each side. Cut into bite size pieces.

Combine cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, oil, cumin, Splenda, and salt and pepper in large bowl.

Warm the tortillas and fill with fish pieces and cabbage mixture. Top with salsa and sour cream.
