4 Pieces Chicken Thigh (Broiled)
3 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 can sweet corn (preferable creamed corn)
2 eggs
Directions
Debone broiled chicken
Boil the 3 cups of chicken broth
Mix the cornflour with 1 cup water and add to the chicken broth
Boil for 5 mins.
Add the can of corn
Add salt and pepper (to taste)
Beat eggs in a bowl (with a fork) and pour (slowly, while stirring the soup) into the soup mixture.
