Ingredients

    1 c.white or brown rice ( cooked)
    1 tbls sesame oil
    1tbls lite soy sauce
    2 tsp garlic
    1 tbls olive oil
    1 tbls onion
    1 egg scrambled

Directions

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil till soft; add rice and stir till heated thru; add sesame oil, soy sauce, cook until light brown then add scrambled egg to mixture and stir till well blended.
