Introduction

Simple marinade for beef, chicken, lamb or pork. Simple marinade for beef, chicken, lamb or pork.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (or white vinegar/mix of both)
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
    2tbsp hoi sin sauce
    2tsp french mustard (pre-prepared)
    2tsp crushed garlic
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients togethers.
Marinate protein of choice for minimum two hours before cooking.

Serving Size: Makes ample marinate for 4 large steaks/whole chicken
