Ingredients

    8 thick slices of bread
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tbsp butter or margarine
    2 tbsp olive oil
    grated mozzarella cheese

Directions

Toast bread.

Put the garlic, butter and oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.

Brush, drizzle or spoon the oil mixture onto the toast, top with cheese and then broil or toast in a toaster oven to melt and brown the cheese.
