Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

1 medium-sized turkey, thawed for 1 to 2 days in refrigerator, (I used a 10lb for nutrional purposes)
12 cloves of garlic (blend, puree)
1T. extra virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil
    2t sea salt
    2t pepper
    2t sage
    1t thyme
    non-stick cooking spray
1 reynolds oven bag, turkey size
    3T of whole wheat flour

Directions

Rinse turkey well. Cut off any visible fat, especially around the tail. Using a knife, pike holes randomly in the turkey. Spread the garlic over the turkey.
With the turkey breast side up, brush with oil lixed with salt, pepper, sage and thyme. Spray Pam inside reynolds bag and add flour. Close bag and shake to evenly spread flour in bag.
Insert the turkey into bag, place it in a large cooking pan and put in preheated 325 degree oven.
Roast approx. 20 mintes per pound for unstuffed turkey and 25 mins per pound for a stuff turkey.
Testing for doneness. About 20 minutes before roasting time is completed. Test bird. Flesh on thickest part of drumstick should feel soft when squeezed between fingers, drumstick should move up and down easily, and meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of leg should read 185 degrees
