Fluffy and light burger the secret is in the onion and milk..
Great during PP ( Protein days) and accompany with a big green salad during PV (protein vegetabble days).

Ingredients

    250 g lean ground beef meat
    1 cup grated onion
    1/2 cup grated carrot
    1/2 cup chopped parsley
    1 tbspn tomato paste
    1 med fresh egg (beaten slightly)
    1/4 cup non fat milk
    salt, pepper,paprika

Directions

1 Mix all ingredients very well.
2. Place in fridge for about 30 min
3. Take out of fridge and make 5 patties
4..Cook on griddle for about 10 min or untill cooked

P.s You can add to mixture your 2 tbspn of oat bran per pattie,
