Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    11 eggs
    10 tbsp sweetener (I use granulated splenda)
    2lb fat free cheese (farmers, ricotta)
    Vanilla and orange flavoring
    parchment paper

Directions

Cheese, egg yolks, sweetener, flavorings mix together. Whip egg whites till stiff and gently fold in cheese mix. Mixture remove to rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 270 for 30-35 min, then top should be browned, cover and bake for another 40-45 min (total up to 1.5 h)

    Looks yummy. I just won't use Splenda....wonder how xylitol or stevia would do in it. - 6/16/11

    I'm sure any sweetener that can be used for cooking/baking can be substituted.
