Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1/4 onion, chopped
    lettuce
    tomatoes
    fat free cheddar cheese
    Ortega Whole Grain Corn Taco Shells (2 per serving)

    Taco Seasoning Mix

    2 Tbl flour
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp ground oregano

Directions

Cook ground beef and chopped onion in skillet until done. Mix together Taco Seasoning Mix ingredients and add to drained ground beef mixture with 3/4 cup water. Heat until thickened.
Put a tablespoon or so of taco meat in heated shell and add cheese, tomato, and lettuce as desired.
