Ingredients

3 boxes of instant vanilla pudding
4 medium bananas
6 cups of skim milk
1 medium container of fat free whipped topping
70 vanilla wafers (lite vanilla wafers may be substituted)
Directions
layer the cookies in the bottom of the pan, then slice and layer the bananas, next mix the pudding mix, milk and 6 tablespoons or so of the whipped topping and beat for 2 mins. Pour this mixture over the cookies. then let set for 5 mins. Lastly spread the remaining whipped topping on top.
