Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Oil
1/2 cup: Soft Margarine
2: Eggs
2 tsp: Vanilla Extract
1 3/4 cup: Sugar
2 cups: Grated Zucchini
Dry Ingredients:
4 Tbsp: Cocoa Powder
1 tsp: Baking Soda
1 Tsp: Baking Powder
1 tsp: Salt
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon
1/2 cup: Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Pecans, chopped (optional, but are included in nutritional calculation)
Directions
1. Oil, grease, butter or spray a 9X13 pan.
2. Set oven at 425 degrees (slightly less if using a glass pan).
3. Combine the wet ingredients.
4. Add grated zucchini.
5. Mix dry ingredients.
6. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
7. Pour into prepared 9X13 pan.
8. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans
9. Bake for 45 minutes.
