Ingredients

    1 cup Canola Oil
    3.5 cups White Unbleached flour
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 cups light Brown Sugar
    4 medium bananas, mashed
    5 medium-large Egg whites
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    2/3 cup Water
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Iodized Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Vigorously mix all ingredients, pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or until crease down in center of loaf is dry. Partially cool before removing from pan.

Serving Size: Makes 3 large loafs, 8-10 servings each
