Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Turkey Tenderloins (20 oz)
    3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    8 tsp Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp Ginger Root
    1 Tbsp Cornstarch
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Place Turkey in pan coated with cooking spray.
Combine 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 6 teaspoons soy sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper. Set half aside;
sprinkle remaining mixture over turkey.

Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until a meat
thermometer reads 170°. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch and broth until smooth. Stir in reserved soy sauce mixture and remaining brown sugar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with turkey
