Introduction

dinner = breakfast! dinner = breakfast!

Ingredients

    1 lg farm fresh egg
    1/2 c cooked brown rice
    1.5 oz grilled chicken
    1 c assorted grilled veg (Broccoli, Cauliflower, carrots & zucchini)
    1/8 c 2% mexican cheese blend

    Warm thru veg and chicken.
    Add in Rice. Mix
    top with Egg. Mix
    finish with cheese.
