Ingredients

    13 oz of chicken
    4 cups brocolli slaw
    8 tbsp Kraft Fat Free Miracle whip dressing
    4 tbsp Summer Fresh Artichoke and Asiago Cheese dip
    8 rice paper wraps.

Directions

Finely chop chicken and brocolli slaw, add to bowl
Add salad dressings, and stir mixing well.
Soak rice paper wraps one at a time in hot water.
Put 2 tbsp of salad mix onto rice paper, fold bottom of wrap over salad mix. Fold edges in and then roll mixture to top of rice paper.

Serve with a sweet spicy Thai chili sauce for a finishing touch.

Serving Size: makes 8 wraps containing 2 tbsp of salad mix.
