Number of Servings: 64

Ingredients

    4 cups Coconut Milk
    4 cups Applesauce, Unsweetened
    4 servings Egg Whites
    150 tsps. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    7 cups Post Raisen Bran Cereal
    5 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    5 tsps Baking Soda
    2 tsps Salt

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in LARGE mixing bowl. Mix wet ingredients separately in another bowl. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture. Divide into 4 equal covered containers and refrigerate for up to 6 weeks. Each container should make about 16 small muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. Muffins should not be baked the same day you mix the batter. They're much better if they sit at least 24 hours.
