The tracker would not give measurements in ounces so I transcribed them into cups and the onions into tablespoons. This is a nice change to white potatoes or rice. Ingredients

Yams 1.375 cups (11 oz) diced
Carrots .8125 cups (6.5 oz) chopped
onion 3.5 tbsp (1.75 oz) chopped very fine
Sweet Potato 2.75 cups (1 lb 6 oz) diced
Margarine 1/3 cup or 5. 333 tbsp(70% vegetable oil)
Directions
Peel and dice all vegetables add margarine and place in a covered casserole dish. You may choose to add spices of your preference (cloves,or cinnamon, or garlic) Myself I don't mind the cinnamon but then I will add 1/4 cup of splenda brown sugar. Makes it more of a Christmas dish.
Bake at 325 Fahrenheit for 60 minutes or until all vegetables are soft enough to mash.
You may serve the dish mashed or leave diced, that's your choice.
