Introduction

All the goodness of frozen hot chocolate without the artificial ingredients! All the goodness of frozen hot chocolate without the artificial ingredients!

Ingredients

    1 tbs. Unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tbs. Splenda (or other sugar substitute)
    1/2 cup 1% milk (whole, 2%, nonfat, soy, almond, or any other milk may be used.)
    1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
    1/2 cup ice
    Optional: 1 tbs. Chocolate syrup (really rich and delicious if you can spare the calories!)

Directions

1. Mix cocoa powder, splenda, vanilla, and 2 tbs. warm water together to make a smooth syrup.
2. Add the syrup, milk, ice, and chocolate syrup (if using) to the blender.
3. Blend on medium high until ice is crushed.
4. Pour in a tall glass and serve with a chocolate syrup drizzle, if desired.
5. Endulge without drowing in fat, calories, and guilt.

Serving Size: Makes 1 huge serving (1 1/2 cups)
