Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 C strawberry puree
    1 C half and half cream
    0.25 C granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp lemon juice or to taste

Directions

Puree strawberries until there is 2 cups in the blender. Add the rest of ingredients to blender and continue pureeing. If you have time, chill well. Or, just add to gelato maker immediately (we use DeLonghi GM6000). Process for 30-45 minutes -- taking care not to process too long. Transfer soft gelato to freezer and free for several hours.
