1/2 Cup Egg Substitute (Egg Beaters)
1 1/3 Cup Almond Milk (This recipe used Vanilla Almond Milk)
Pam Cooking Spray as needed
Directions
Pre-heat waffle iron. Mix baking mix, cup Almond Milk, egg substitute, and canola oil until smooth. Pour waffle batter into waffle iron and cook as directed by your machine (usually 1/3-1/2 cup of batter per waffle).
Serving Size: Makes about 6 servings of 7" waffles using a waffle iron.
