Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup Splenda sugar blend
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons butter
3 egg whites
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Heat 1 cup chocolate chips, splenda, applesauce and butter in a large saucepan over low heat; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Cool for about 5 minutes. Stir in egg whites. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir flour mixture into chocolate mixture. Stir in the vanilla. Stir in the remaining cup of chocolate chips. Spread in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. I used the perfect brownie pan to get 18 small squares. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 16-20 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center to make sure they are done.
