Ingredients

    1/2 cup Frozen (or fresh) Blueberries
    1/2 cup Frozen (or fresh) Raspberries
    1/2 cup Frozen (or fresh) Mangos
    10 - 12 large Frozen (or fresh) Strawberries
    1 medium banana
    1/3 cup milk (Low fat, i.e. 1%)
    1/3 cup unsweetened fruit juice (Tropicana Tropics)
    1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

Blend frozen fruit (in blender) on low speed for approx. 30 seconds. Add remainder of fruit, milk and juice, then blend again on medium - high for approx. 2 mins or until desired smoothie consistency.
For thicker consistency use less milk/juice and for thinner consistnecy, use more.

Serving Size: makes 4 - 6 oz servings
