1 tsp of garlic salt
1.5 tsp of Sesame Oil
1.5 tsp of Canola Oil
1/4 cup corn starch
Fiery Lemon-Pinapple Sauce
2 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Red Thai Chilis
1/4 cup of Huge red onion
1 chopped red bell pepper
1 tbs ganulated sugar or agave nectar
1 cup of Pinapple
2 Juices of Lemon
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
Directions
Firey Lemon-Pinapple Silked Chicken Stir Fry
with Red Bell Pepper and Red Onion
Marinate for 30 minutes
1 Large Chicken breast
1 tsp of garlic salt
1.5 tsp of Sesame Oil
1.5 tsp of Canola Oil
1/4 cup corn starch
Put down 1 tsp canola oil into hot pan and fry chicken
Fiery Lemon-Pinapple Sauce
Sautee and lightly brown for about 5 minutes per side, let them slowely brown well.
2 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Red Thai Chilis
1/4 cup of Huge red onion
1 chopped red bell pepper
1 tbs ganulated sugar or agave nectar
simmer for about 5 minutes, or until your sugar is melted
add
1 cup of Pinapple
2 Juices of Lemon
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
Mix in your chicken into sauce or serve seperate, however prefered with sesame seed garnish.
Serve with white or brown rice!
