Ingredients

    3 Cups Baby Spinach or two hand fulls
    6 Strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen Raspberries
    100% Acai Berry Juice 1 serving approx. 6oz
    1 1/2 tbsp Organic unsalted Peanut butter
    1/2 an Apple (cored and skin on)
    6 oz Coconut Water
    1 Banana

Directions

Use a good blender and add all ingredients listed. Blend on HIGH until all blended and smooth. Add a few ice cubes if thicker frozen smoothie is desired. or Freeze the coconut water in an ice tray as a ice substitute

Serving Size: Makes two smoothies or one large
