Introduction

Ingredients

    Shrimp, raw, 1 lb, peeled and deviened
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 1 large beaten
    Parsley, 2 tbsp (c hopped)
    *Panko Breadcrumbs, 0.50 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp

Directions

Process half the shrimp with the egg. Coarsely chop the remaining shrimp and put it into a bowl. Add the processed shrimp and the parsley, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper to taste. Make sure all ingrediants are combined well.
Form into 4 patties and spray grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp is done.

You can also pan fry these in pam or a little bit of olive oil in a non stick skillet. Olive oil is additional calories.

Serve on whole wheat rolls (additional calories)
