Ingredients

    1.5c quaker's oat bran
    1/4c brown sugar
    1/2c oats
    0.25c wheat germ
    3tbsp flax
    3tsp baking powder
    1c whole wheat flour

    3 ripe bananas
    2 whole eggs
    2tsp vanilla
    2tbsp olive oil
    2tbsp molasses
    2tbsp honey
    1 cup 1% milk

    generous handfuls of: raisins, dried fruit, diced apple, blueberries, nuts, coconut, etc

Directions

Add mixed dry ingredients to bowl of blended wet ingredients. Mixture should be on gooey side but not too wet. Line muffin tins with paper. Bake in preheated oven at 400F for 17min. Cool on rack. Refridgerate or freeze muffins. Can be microwaved at 15-30sec on high before eating.
