Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 18.5 oz
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.25 cup
    balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoon
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    *Fresh Oregano, 4 tbsp
    *Chili Garlic Sauce, Sriracha, 4.5 tsp
    *onion, red - raw 1/4 cup, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Dice red peppers and onions. Brown in hot pan with 3 T olive oil. Add ground turkey and brown completely; add garlic while turkey is cooking. You may add other flavoring spices such as chile powder or grill seasoning here. Add one can of diced tomatoes (or whole tomatoes are fine) and reduce to low simmer. After about 30 minutes, add balsamic vinegar, sriracha/chile sauce and additional spices to taste. Finish with chopped fresh oregano. Serve over hot whole wheat pasta. (nutritional info includes 16 oz of whole wheat pasta)
