Ingredients

    30 whole jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and deseeded
    1 - 8 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
    1 - cup shredded parmesan cheese
    8 oz Jimmy Dean sausage roll (any flavor)
    Fat Free Ranch Dressing for dipping (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven: 375 degrees.
2. Brown sausage, drain well and blot with paper towel to remove excess oil.
3. Combine sausage, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese. Blend well.
4. Stuff each pepper half with approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture.
5. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until stuffing is lightly browned and jalapeno is soft.
