3/4 c Flour, white
1 dash Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Butter, salted
1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
12 Pkts Ideal No Calorie Sweetener
1/3 c Ice Water
2 Egg whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 6 cupcakes.
Sift together dry, except sugar.
Cream butter, mayonnaise and half of Ideal.
Alternate adding dry and liquid.
In different bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add remaining half of ideal. Beat until stiff and flossy.
Fold whites into batter.
Divide into prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes, turning mid way.
