    1 onion
    2 c chopped fresh pineapple
    2 roma tomatoes
    2 jalapeno's seeded and chopped
    1/2 c chopped cilantro
    Juice of 1 lime
    1 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp sugar

    Mix, allow to sit and meld 1 hour and Enjoy!
