3.5 lb Top Round Pork Roast
8 Small Carrots, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
8 Medium Potatoes, cubed
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cumin, ground
1/2 Cup Water
Directions
1. In slow cooker, layer carrots, potatoes, and onions. Add water.
2. Sprinkle and rub Roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Put in slow cooker on top of vegetables.
3. Turn slow cooker to high heat and cook for 4 hours.
