Ingredients

    Teriyaki Sesame Stir Fry Sauce - 12 tbsps
    Stir Fry Frozen Vegetables
    1 Onion
    1 block extra firm tofu
    1 - 4 oz can tofu
    3 tbsps garlic
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Cube tofu and marinade in 6 tbsps teriyaki sauce overnight (or do this before you leave for work in the morning and then make for dinner). Chop onion and mince garlic. Saute onion and garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add vegetables and mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes. Once vegetables are just about done add tofu and additional teriyaki sauce, mix gently and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice.
