Get all your servings of vegetables for the day in this one drink. Tastes like yogurt cucumber sauce for gyros with plain kefir but vanilla kefir sweetens it up. Very healthy for the dieter. Ingredients

4 cups fresh spinach or one bag fresh spinach
3 stalks celery
1 cucumber with skin
1 apple cored with skin
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp lime juice
I add 2 cups of kefir plain or vanilla for sweetness
Directions
Place 4 cups spinach, 3 stalks celery, 1 cucumber with peel, 1 apple cored with peel, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp lime juice in a food processer or a very good blender and blend it well.
Serving Size: makes approximately 4 cups
