Introduction
These are really good and super good for you too! I can't stand eating a muffin if it's dry and tasteless and these are moist and spicy. They provide plenty of protein and fiber to keep you going. If the spinach and cayenne pepper freak you out replace the spinach with carrots or zucchini and leave out the pepper. I like the surprising little kick at the end of each bite These are really good and super good for you too! I can't stand eating a muffin if it's dry and tasteless and these are moist and spicy.
