Ingredients

    2.5 cups almond meal/flour
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    1/4 honey
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Drop a scant 1/4 cup of batter on baking sheet lined with Silpat or parchment. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes.
