    4 oz Ground Chicken
    4 oz Ground Pork
    2 Tsp Apple Juice
    .5 tsp ground thyme
    1 tsp ground sage
    1 tsp ground pepper


Combine all ingredients and mix well, but do not over mix. Form 8 balls with and squish into patties. Cook in a nonstick pan over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Serve immediately.
