Ingredients

    15 oz Black Beans
    15 oz Pureed Pumpkin
    1 head garlic, toasted
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    2 c. vegetable stock
    Spices-you can use curry, cumin, peppers ect.

Directions

Puree half of the black beans and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Cook till flavors are melded.
