Ingredients

    Lemon Cake mix 1 box
    Water, tap, 1.25 cup
    Kroger plain greek yogurt, .5 serving
    Egg whites, 5 servings
    *JELL-0 SUGAR FREE/ FAT FREE LEMON PUDDING, 1 8 oz pkg

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix, scrape sides - mix for 2 minutes. Line a dutch oven with heavy duty foil, spray with pan spray. Put about 12 hot charcoals under it, and 12 or so on the top. Cook for about an hour, test and see if done. If browning too fast, take some coals off. serve without frosting with low fat ice cream. Great stuff!
