    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1-3/4 cup alfredo sauce
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    8 oz rotini pasta


Place chicken in pressure cooker. Thin alfredo sauce with about 1/2 cup water and mix in half of the cheese, then pour over chicken.

Lock the lid and set to cook on manual setting at high pressure for 10 minutes.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

After the time is finished, turn off the Instant Pot and let the pressure release (around 10 minutes).

Shred, return meat back to liquid, fold in cooked pasta and top with remaining cheese. Heat on saute setting until cheese is melted.

Makes 6 servings.
