Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 medium yellow onion, coarsely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 carrots, sliced thinly
    2 cups frozen green beans
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro
    Salt & pepper to taste
    1 jar Ginger Garlic sauce (11 fl. oz - I used Stonewall Kitchen brand)
    1/2 package Barilla Plus Thin Spaghetti, cooked

Directions

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown chicken with onion and garlic, add salt and pepper to taste. Add carrots and green beans, stir-fry on medium high heat until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp. Add cilantro and sauce; mix thoroughly with hot pasta and serve. Makes 5-6 servings.
